THIRD COMMUNICATION The organising committee informs that due to new regulations for the use of public space at the Biblioteca Nacional it shall not be possible to receive any payments at the time of registration. It has therefore been necessary to change the mode of payment previously advertised. The payment of the fee for participants ($100 Argentine pesos) and assistants who require a certificate ($20 Argentine pesos) will have to be made through a bank deposit into the following account:
